1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a file, using a license key, or otherwise using Scriptbucks, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Single-store model
Scriptbucks is a single-store digital download marketplace. Products are created, published, priced, and managed by the site administrator. Registered users are buyer accounts and cannot create product listings or operate seller storefronts.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect passwords, license keys, and payment information.
- Do not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate reviews, abuse promotions, or commit fraud.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized account access.
4. Product listings and delivery
The store administrator is responsible for product descriptions, downloadable files, license options, demonstrations, updates, and support terms shown on each product page. Products may rely on third-party software, hosting, APIs, or services where disclosed.
5. Buyer licenses
A purchase grants only the license displayed on the product and order pages. Copyright and ownership of the original product are not transferred. Buyers may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, or publish product files or license keys except where the purchased license expressly permits it.
6. Payments
Prices, discounts, payment-processing charges, taxes, and affiliate commissions are calculated through the store checkout system. Payment is not complete until the payment provider confirms the transaction. Fraudulent, reversed, denied, or refunded payments may result in revoked download access and license suspension.
7. Refunds and disputes
Digital products are generally delivered immediately. Refund eligibility depends on the store policy and the facts of the purchase. Buyers may open a dispute during the displayed dispute window for issues such as materially broken, misleading, missing, malicious, or undelivered products.
8. Reviews, comments, messages, and support
User-submitted reviews, comments, messages, and support requests must be lawful and must not contain abuse, spam, deception, malware, or infringing material. Authorized administrators may review relevant records for support, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access another account or private data.
- Manipulating purchases, reviews, referrals, affiliate commissions, or product statistics.
- Uploading malicious content or exploiting the website.
- Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- Interfering with payment verification, license enforcement, download limits, or security controls.
10. Account restrictions
We may suspend features, revoke licenses, limit downloads, remove content, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
11. Availability and warranties
The service and digital products are provided subject to the descriptions and license terms shown at purchase. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every hosting environment or third-party service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or purchased digital products.
